What’s the weirdest reason you’ve seen someone not pay attention to their driving?

I started paying attention to what people were doing when they cut me off or nearly side-swiped me. 9 times out of 10 they were talking on a cell phone, but the strangest reason I’ve personally encountered was a man who was trying to sign language with both hands while driving (AND looking at the passenger while he was doing it).
Besides…ahemmm…adult activities, what’s the strangest you’ve personally encountered?

I’ve seen parents turning around, while driving, to swing at their kids in the back seat, it looks comical, they miss constantly, so it looks as though they are reaching and grabbing for something that isn’t there…
