the uganda national association for the deaf has appealed to education providers to consider the use of sign language in schools
I think sign language is a wonderful tool. My children both know sign language, and I often volunteer at their schools to teach the children about Deafness and sign language. The children are always very attentive, eager to learn, and learn with great ease. It is wonderful to see how easily they pick this up!
